The water based protector is applied in a fine spray and coats the fabric with a protective layer to help prevent spills and stains becoming permanent.

The protector can be applied to new or cleaned fabric, it helps prevent stains, dirt accuumulation and also reduces wear rate.

Some soft furnishing manufacturers apply a protection to their furniture in the factory which will normally last around 3-4 years but would then need to be re applied.
